Missing sales from 14 and 15 August are back
Some sales were being written to a second copy of the system and were not showing in your account. That copy has been merged back in and the two are now one. A few invoice numbers end in -R2 — that is the same sale renumbered because the number had already been used, not a duplicate. Please check the stock figures on your fastest-moving items.

Your 13 August sales are back
Everything recorded on the morning of Thursday 13 August is now in your account again — sales, purchases, expenses, returns and stock. A few invoice numbers end in -R because the original number had already been reused; that is the same sale, not a duplicate. Please check the stock figures on your fastest-moving items.

Service restored on our backup server
Our hosting provider had a power failure at their datacentre in the United States. Service was restored the same day on our backup server, and anyone using the mobile or desktop app was asked to sign in once more.
