Service restored on our backup server

Our hosting provider had a power failure at their datacentre in the United States. Two things to know: if you use the mobile or desktop app you will be asked to sign in once more (your password has not changed), and sales recorded between about 3am and 2pm on 13 August are not visible yet. Those are safe and will be added back automatically — please do not re-enter them.

Stock Take

Count your stock a shelf at a time and let the system work out the difference. Only the products you actually count are updated, and you get a variance report showing what was lost or found and what it was worth.

Better purchase downloads

The purchases export now follows the filters you have set and lists every item on each order, not just the totals. You can also download a single purchase as PDF or Excel from the Actions menu.
